I was impressed with all reps.They were nice at the initial call, to the rep who came and did the estimate. What made me most comfortable was that the driver was the same at pick up and delivery. This made me very comfortable and the driver gave me his c The timeliness & quality of the delivery team & the driver was helpful, kept me informed throughout the move & I appreciated the communication. The friendliness, promptness, professionalism and the genuine care from everybody. That refers to the packers, loaders, drivers and the unloaders on both ends. The entire crew from beginning to end was very professional and courteous, that influenced my rating the most. The high value item form should not be given the day of the move. It shouldbe given ahead of time. The drivers personality is what influenced my rating. The entire process. The driver and crew were wonderful to work with. The driver was extremely friendly and the packers did an excellent job. I scheduled the pick up in short notice and everyone was very accommodating. The coordinator, driver and crew was very helpful, efficient and accommodating. I've been in touch with the coordinator. All personnel we dealt with. From the rep who first visited, she helped us pick out boxes. The driver and crew who picked up and the same driver and the crew who delivered seemed concerned. I pleased with the move because everything went smoothly. I think thatthe company should explain the insurance for the goods a little better then they did.
