I went to 2 different co and both had similar quotes but I didn't want my things to arrive within 2-3 days and Allied said they could do it later so I went with Allied. The driver was absolutely excellent, stayed in touch with me the entire five days of our move. He was great. The friendliness and professionalism of the driver; how well he handled my requests, answered my questions and explained everything to me; his name was Mark. Everybody did what they said they were going to do & followed through. It went very smooth. They did a really good job. Jeff our driver was very good. The unloading person was very nice also. The appearance of the team was satisfactory. The agent was helpful interms of information regarding costs and follow up with the delivery. It was a little confusion during the del about the billing. I got my items very fast. Everyone was very helpful and nice. I have no complaints, except for having to play phone tag. I had to go thru 3 people to get my stuff delivered. The communication could have been tightened up some. The move was good, Allied did what they was suppose to do and there was nothing special about the move. The professionalism from beginning to end influenced this rating. Dan Gillette, the representative from Alburquerque Moving and Storage was very professional and helpful. The whole process and the communication with Allied. The delivery teamstayed extra time to help unpack the boxes, it was very helpful.
