The respectful way the crew treated my items and me. The crew made us feel very comfortable. We sen a beg thank you to the crew. If we were to move again we would want the same crew. I did not have any damage because the delivery team was careful in notdamaging the furniture, walls, and house. The delivery team did an excellent job and was great. Every single person from the person that confirmed to the rep that gave us the estimate. Everything was just really smooth. The quality of the packing was the best and the crew was outstanding.Overall I felt as though I had the best service. The agent I dealt with Roscoe Jordan. The agent was attentive, followed up, I didn't have to worry about anything, and he explained the rate guarantee. I thought the driver did good serivce.I was told to look over my car to insure there was no damage. Apparently, my wife said the crew who loaded my car took very good care of it. 0 I was satisfied with everything, the communication, the packing, and the loading and unloading. The driver was communicative. Overall, this was a good experience. I was very unhappy with the packing crew. The crew didn't want to pack my booksso I had to pack them all by myself. I received very good customer service from my representative and the driver. However, I was very unhappy with th The move went very smoothly. I was also very pleased with the communication I had with the coordinator who planned my move. The driver and crew were just excellent. There was no damage at all. The crew put everything together and in the correct place. I couldn't have asked for more.
