I have no complaints, except for having to play phone tag. I had to go thru 3 people to get my stuff delivered. The communication could have been tightened up some. Everything from the beginning. The person that helped me at the annual moving and the people that came out to move the furniture was great. Also the lady driver was good. The driver and crew was professional. I like the communication I receive from the driver about my move. Three years ago we used Allied, someone recommended Allied to me and Allied was the cheapest. Since I used Allied already I chose to use Allied again. In the estimate there was to be 2 glass table top boxes & they weren't included. The workers at the warehouse didn't bother to pack them. The large truck didn't come to my house. The move was handled very professionally. The cordiality and the knowledge of all parties involved. They did what they said they would do whenthey said they would do it. Everything was on schedule. The crew was very helpful, took things down to the basement, asked where we wanted things and were very attentive. The crew cared about my furniture. The crew was courteous and had no problems moving my furniture. The crew did a great job. The appearance of the team was satisfactory. The agent was helpful interms of information regarding costs and follow up with the delivery. Allied Van Lines has been consistent. They moved our items for us nineteen-years ago and they also did this time and they were excellent.
