They were there when they said they would be there. 20050928 When they del they were right on time, explained what they were going to do.Their communication was great. The delivery cost less than any other company. The team packed up everything without me being there and my wife and young daughter felt safe. I looked at United and Allied was so much better in terms of the quote and the way the apartment was assessed was more accurate. The movers were great and I stayed in contact with the move. I'm very impressed and satisfied with the overall move. The driver and crew were very efficient and was able to handle the move with out any problems. I did most of the packing so the move went very well overall. The sales person was excellent. I would prefer to have the survey via e-mail. I think it would be easier to do the survey via e-mail. The driver was great. I spoke with Anthony quite frequently and he was just great, he worked things out. The driver who delivered my items to Pennsylvania was very good, I don't know what his name was, but he was very good. The representative was professional, and they followed through with every step of the move. I had no damages, and everything went as expected. The overall service and how my belongings were taken care of. There were no scratches or damage and everything was perfect.
