The overall communication I had with driver as well as the loading crew. Everyone took care in what I had and was very accomodating. It was a complicated move and I had a lot of art work which the packers did a good job packing. The packing was good but one item wasn't packed to my satisfaction. I had called around and the person in Columbus was wonderful. The agent of Allied in Columbus was very helpful. The first half of the move was successful. Because of how well that went, I chose Allied for the second half. The delivery crew was very good, accurate, & had everything marked. Everything was delivered perfectly on the outside, I haven't opened the boxes yet. Disable Veterans of America recommended that I should use Allied and that's why I recommend Allied to other people. They are terrific, they came through when they promised, careful with everything and this is the second time I have used them. No problems at all. Came on time,professional,did everything with professionalism,& was very good.The team was very quick and efficient. I was very pleased. We were very pleased. The movers in Chicago were very nice and personable. My daughter said if she ever moved again, she would definately use Allied again. The movers were constantly working. The price and the way everything about the move went. The fact that the furniture was loaded on one trailer and the funiture wasn't moved.
