The movers were very careful and did a good job unloading and putting everything where we wanted it. The coordinator was good and easy to get in touch with. My rating was influenced by the driver and crew being friendly and careful with my items. I'm completely satisfied and they did a great job. I'm satisfied w/ the level of service that I received. The driver and crew were the same ppl throughout the move and the crew and driver went over and beyond to make sure things went well. The driver and crew were fantastic. Packers were friendly as well. Thetwo drivers Al and Gary who wrove to S.C. and unloaded were great. Very helpful. Honesty and sincerity on my part. Everything came to our home perfect.The driver as well as the helper was very kind. The delivery team's overall performance during my move. Also two itemswere broken during delivery process. The driver and crew was great the service was wonderful and it was a good experience. The driver and crew worked hard and were appreciative. I would recommend Allied because they were very efficient, professional and did what they said they would do. The driver and crew were great. The only complaint I had was the dispatcher. There was a miscommunication problem on the Syracuse side of the move. Allied was great. The team that loaded and unloaded was fine. The Syracuse dispatcher was unprofessional The driver was very great and handeled my items with care. The crew that was hired did not show, so it was just the driver.
