The driver and the crew on both ends were easy to work with,considerate and I was very pleased all the way around. The owner of the Allied moving company, that was assigned to me, came to work on my move. I was very impressed that the owner of the moving company was very involved and not just a suit. I didn't have any problems. Everything was wonderful. During the move it was raining and the crew was very very careful. They put down padding to make sure they didn't track up the carpet. The driver, James Hall was very personable, patient, attentive, easy to get along with, and I can tell he had a tight shift. He was very detailed, and I greatly appreciated that] The fact everyone was careful, there were no hass les, the loading and unloading went as scheduled. The delivery crews was friendly, and respectful. The estimator did exactly as I asked. I had special requests. Estimator called me and was very helpful. The packers and loaders were very nice. I was totally satisfied with the loading along with the unloading, the driver was good and kept in touch. Everybody did a good job. None of my items were broken. Everything was done on time. I am very satisfied with the move. There were no surprises. The rep was very personable. The rep made me feel as if I was dealing w/ an individual and not the company. The whole process was outstanding. Joe, the driver, was the best and the crew was very careful with my things.
