The crew was awesome, they took good care of my things. And the crew was also very respectful of me and my wife & they made us feel very comfortable. It was the quality of professional service I received. The driver and crew were superb. They did an excellent job. I was satisfied overall. I thought the movers were great. It rained, but that wasn't the mover's fault. I do think that on rainy days there should be some type of covering stretched from the entry of the truck to the entry way of the home for protection. This is the fourth move with this company and eachtime the service hasbeen excellent. The overall move process. The top part of the ionic probe is broken. There is a chip in the Royal Dalton Motorist doll. On this doll, it has a male face and goggles. 1 of the little ears on the lambs is gone -nativity scene. The representative was very good. Everyone was very nice and helpful at explaining how everything would work and the crew was on time for the loading and unloading. The attention to detail and the care that everyone took with my items was good. I think everyone did a fantastic job. They were on time and they did a very good job. I was constantly kept informed about the move process and there was good communication from all sides. However, the price was a little too steep. Overall it was the care, the attention, and the way they treated my furniture. I've had problems in the past with other moving companies. I was very impressed with everyone and the communication. Just how smoothly everything went; how professional the crew was. Everyone was polite and friendly did their jobs very well.
