Mainly the timing of when my things arrived, and my communication with the driver. The driver contacted me frequently to let me know their progress. The service was good, I was just a little unhappy with the packing. Nothing was damaged, but things were not packed the way they should have been. I had a lot of important items that I needed handled carefully and thecrew did but besides those items some of my items were broken. Allied was meticulous and well organized. However, the unloading arrangement was silly. There were seven people at my house to pack up and load my items but at the unloading there were only two men and it took them about ten hours to do this. This was a v The fact that they were professional,forth coming with info,didnt haveto ask to many questions because they had FAQ's and they were prompt. The driver and the team picked up the item and drove it down to Tennessee for me. The care that the team had for my items. The crew was great. The crew was friendly, communicated with me and did what I asked. The driver was able to get my furniture here earlier than scheduled. The driver was very nice, the crew was on time to pack and the move took place within the dates that I needed it done. The Driver did a great job in explaining everything. The Driver managed everything from packing and loading. The Driver did a great job. The driver, Jim Fox, and Sandy, who organized my move, were very good. The crew and Tim were all very helpful. I would recommend Allied to anyone.
