The crew was very careful about moving things. Everything was in boxes. The crew picked up from 2 separate locations and was on time. The crewwaited for the rain to stop before unloading. I was satisfied with the efficiency in which our goods were picked up and delivered. I was also satisfied with the communication the driver displayed. I used Allied two times. The packers used a lot of packing material. Ihad some fragile things which were packed very well. The antiques were packed very well and were valuable and not damaged. The friendly service. Mike, the driver, was very professional. Mike did a good job getting us to our destination and unloading our items. The packing and moving team was wonderful. There was two days spent packing. I have never had my furniture wrapped so well before, the crew did a wonderful job and has such a positive attitude. Allied was fine. The only problem we had was the miscommunication from Harry's Movers but this had nothing to do with Allied. Once Allied got involved everything went really well. Allied was courteous, pleasant, packed, loaded, & my belongings were safe. I was very worried b/c I had heard some horror stories about moving. The representative was great and everyone involved was excellent. I have never been treated so nicely before. They did a good job.They were very friendly and took care of everything.They didn't complain on how we packed things. We will use Allied again in about a year. The rep who met me at the storage facility was nice and made my move very pleasurable. The crew unloaded all my things when it was above 90 degrees.
