The crew came on time and was very pleasant. Allied called to tell me when my goods would arrive. Allied did everything that I was told would be done. Allied did what they said they would do when they said they were going to do it, and they kept in constant communication with me throughout the entire move. How the driver and crew handled everything and thefurniture. The driver and crew were on time. Overall how everything was handled. I can't find my husband's ties and the brackets for my daughter's mirror. The loaders from Hagerstown forgot to band the entertainment unit doors which fell and split. Everybody was accommodating, professional, on-time, and was c The driver and the representative were what influenced my rating. The representative, Pete, was extremely thorough, sat with us and got the assessment & always called me back when I called him. I was dissatis w/ the the 3rd party who were the appl connect I really enjoyed working with Allied, they made sure that we felt very comfortable throughout the move. Everyone was extremely nice and careful. I had some very delicate china packed, and not one item was broken. I have moved 10 times in the past 20 years. The driver and crew were very personable, conscience andI would use Allied again. I was dissatisfied w/ how some of my items were packed. Some of the boxes were packed w/ very little. The way my items were carefully pack and the rep named Veronica communicated very well during the entire move. The crew's timeliness, care during packaging and unloading. The crew was very professional, nice and courteous. We were pleasantly surprised our goods arrived 3 days earlier than promised.
