I am confused why our move was considered an interstate move when some samestate moves are further in miles than our short move over state lines. The professionalism of the rep that came to our home. The care that the moving cr Mostly the contact with both the driver and the agent who did the write up. They called me to check up on everything. I just felt like they did a really good job and went above and beyond compared to my experience with other delivery companies. What most influenced my rating was just the whole organization, from the rep who came out, to the driver and crew. The service provided to me was exceptional, and beyond my expectations. Both ends, leaving and going everyone done well. Everybody was very professional, courteous and nice. The drivers crew did not show up for the unloadng. My son had to help. It ended up fine. The person who came to my home and the driver were both excellent. Everything was done as promised but the only negative part was that I didn't get a call from the driver to see when he will be arriving and I had to call the representative. The loading and unloading process was excellent. They did not have the best conditions to work in and they did not complain at all. The driver did a good job, the driver was in constant contact with me,and my items were delivered safely.
