Everything was on time. The move of the car was extremely well planned. I needed a tow truck. Everything was well planned. The price was good. The overall experience was good. A couple of my plants were damaged and none of themovers told me about it. I didn't discover it until the movers were gone. I had no problems except I thought Allied would pick up the empty boxes for free but they are charging me to pick them up. The leg of my rocking chair was damaged. The driver told me that someone would be contacting me about repairing the damage and no one has contacted me yet. I want someone to contact me about this. The moving representatives were The drivers were very nice. They did the unloading. They were quick and careful with all of my items. The crew didn't shrink wrap the items. I was charged $300 more because of the insurance. The crew influenced my rating. The driver and the representative were what influenced my rating. The representative, Pete, was extremely thorough, sat with us and got the assessment & always called me back when I called him. I was dissatis w/ the the 3rd party who were the appl connect Everything worked out fine. The crew showed up on time. It was fine, and I didn't have to do anything. Everything worked Perfect. I don't ever intend on having to move againg but if I do I will definately call Allied services again. The team was on time and everything was in good shape. The crew did some assembling of my things and I really appreciated that.
