Generally, their attitude. If I was to use one word, I would use professionalism. Allied made the move easy. The packers and everybody was real good. Everything worked out perfectly. I didn't have to worry the crew was ontop of it the whole time. The communications was great. The loaders called to make sure that someone would be at home. Everything was just great. My rating was influenced by the driver doing the loading and unloading. It was also easy to communicate and deal with him. 20050927 The courtesy and promptness, the whole combination. I had never moved before and this was just a great experience. We looked at other places and Allied had the best price. Allied didn't make it a hassle for us. We would definitely recommend Allied. We would use Allied again. I think it was the salesman, Jack, that was very nice and helpful. Warren, the master mover,was excellent as well. Joe, Kevin, Jason and Moses, the movers were also great and excellent. Other than the mistake of not advising the driver a shuttle was needed everything was done excellently. The driver arrived on time but was delayed because he was not advised in advance a shuttle truck was needed. The packers, unpackers and driver. They always communicated with us. They were prompt and careful with the packing. Everything was handled great, no hassle, and Jennifer Stockdale who coordinated the move was the best. Everything was taken care of, the experience was straightforward, everybody was engaged and cared about us. The driver was outstanding.
