I gave this rating because the communication was good,the delivery team was careful and the estimator was terrific. The driver was really good. The driver packed, loaded, and unloaded mygoods. The driver set up my bed for me. The driver carried heavy things and everything was great. The best move I have ever had. The delivery team was careful. No damages. The overall demeanor of the crew was good. When the items were picked up, the list that named all of the items in the box was not there. The delivery team was prompt and responded to all my questions. The delivery team came early, which made my process even better. I had the same crew for loading and unloading and they were excellent.Allied didn't have any problem changing my delivery date. The whole move was wonderful. I think the driver and the crew were fantastic. The crew that loaded and unloaded I would recommend.
