The overall coordination with the delivery. The crew was on time and did everything that they were suppose to do. The overall experience, from the quote that I was given to the drivers andcrew who loaded and unloaded. Everyone seemed like they cared. The overall politeness, kindness, and care shown to me and my items. I would want the same crew and drivers if I ever move again. The driver who loaded and unloaded was excellent. I've had various times in the past and they always treat my items like if it was theirs. They're names were Chris and Billy. The overall experience. They were there on time and did what they were supposed to. They were very professional. The good service from everyone, the only problem I had was that I agreed to have a earlier pick up but it would have to be in the afternoon. Thiswas not passed on to the driver. Allied was punctual and considerate of me. I was very impressed because I only gave 4 days notice for a move across state lines and they were able to do it. The move was very painless. The crew was great and the driver was the nicest. I was able to obtain boxes for my dishes and wardrobe items. I am still waiting for the invoicing showing that I paid in full. I am to be reimbursed by my job for the move and t The people that I dealt with most influenced my rating. Anybody can run a truck, it is about who is running the truck and who is on the phone. The crew was cool, nice, and friendly. My motorcycle mirror was broke, we were told that we would be reimbursed for it. The company took my bicycle tire off, they must not have put it on good, because I fell off yesterday.
