There was no-hassle. Allied gave me a price, picked up and delivered my things when they said they would. The crew packed my television and furniture. I think that all of the service influenced my rating. It was the driver, the agent, and all the follow through. The driver was concerned, friendly, polite, careful with my items and called me so that I would be ready for the delivery. I used Mayflower to pick up my items and take them to storage, I was very dissatisfied with them. Allied made my pick up from storage a cake walk compared to my Mayflower move into storage. I was satisfied with the price of the move and theservice. I also liked the thank you card that I received from Allied's office. Everything from the beginning. The person that helped me at the annual moving and the people that came out to move the furniture was great. Also the lady driver was good. Don did everything from packing, to loading, to driving. Don was very friendly and did a top notch job. Barry the driver was great, prompt, polite, ontime and professional. The coordinator called me often to give me updates and the crew was very careful innot dragging the furniture. Overall, I didn't have any complaints. There was a miscommunication within the company of how many hangers to bring but the problem was tooken careof. The driver was very professional. His partner was very courteous. They were on time. It was well thought out. This was one of my best experiences. They were courteous and professional.
