The Allied driver, Bob, and his helper, Cliff, were extremley courteous and dida superb job. The overall move with Allied was great. The packers were great and they were very experienced. The driver had a very good attitude and also was well experienced. Both ends, leaving and going everyone done well. Everybody was very professional, courteous and nice. The crew as on time, caring, and I had no damage. That is why I woulddefinitely recommend Allied Vanlines. The movers were very prompt and courteous and did not make any promises that the movers could not keep. I wasn't looking solely at price and I checked them out with the BBB and they had zero complaints. They did have the lowest price of the 3 I looked at. I was satisfied with the efficiency in which our goods were picked up and delivered. I was also satisfied with the communication the driver displayed. Everything went smoothly. I had an item that was crated, and I was not told about the extra fee. I was disappointed because I didn't think it was fair for the driver to collect it, I want to make sure he gets paid. The personal attention, professionalism, they were pleasant, efficient, and fast. Everything that was promised was done and I was very pleased. I have been using Tippit Richardson in Toronto for the last 10 years on several moves with satisfaction.
