My husband, and I were happy with the move. The quick response on questions, the handleing of the move, and the storage. Everyone was very professional and did a good job.They moved things they were not even being paid to move. The crews and the salesperson were very helpful, nice and friendly. The crew was polite, knowledgeable, packed well and I had no problems. There was a piece of wood chipped off of my furniture. I don't know if the cre chipped the furniture or not. Well, just evrybody fronm the gal I talked to fromClancy's Moving and Storage and the crew were veryprofessional. Everyone was very upfront about howmuch thing cost. There were no surprizes. I was very satisfied. Everything they said they were going to do theydid and everything they said, happened as it was supposed to. Brian the head mover and the crew worked their tails off. They didn't complain and they were professional and courteous. I moved with Allied five times and they always do a great job. When given a choice of moving companies, I always choose Allied. The professionalism and thoroughness of the crews influenced my rating. The crews were very careful in how they handled everything. They were very knowledgeable and courteous. The overall move was great. The delivery team was neat and polite. Theteam was professional. We had little to no problems throughout the move. We were called before the team arrived. I want to be contacted immediately by the client. I have a mark on my head board and I want to know how to take care of that. The driver did a great job.
