I had a move with united and I would go back to Allied because this was thebest experience I've had.The driver who delivered my furniture and picked up mythings was extremely careful. My experience was great and I liked how car The delivery crew and the representative were the most professional, polite, and careful people I ever worked with. Everything was quick, the communication was there and it seemed like the packers packed our things well. We haven't opened everything, but so far so good. I'd like to have the same crew to do my unloading. The crew was professional, reliable, on time, took care of my things and was personable. Overall I was impressed the loading and unloading process it was efficient. Overall the whole moving process was impressive. Everything from beginning to end was great. There was nothing disappointing. The packers pack well. Everything was perfect. The overall quality of the driver. The driver and his wife was very attentive and cared about our move. The driver himself, he was very happy. The move was scheduled for after Thanksgiving, but the driver got us moved before Thanksgiving. The level of communication. I knew what to expect as the office calledme. The driver called when hewas close to destination. I always knew where my items were at all times. From the coordinator and the way I was supported throughout the move. I packed the unbreakable items and Allied packed the breakable items, I liked that. The driver did an exceptional job.
