The level of service. The service was exceptional.So I would recommendAllied in the future. The price is good and they did what they said they would do. I thought the driver and crew were absolutely wonderful. The crew and driver did a great job, communicated constantly and were on top of things. The crew did a great job. My rating was influenced because I have been using the service since 1969. The crew did an excellent job and was very careful with my belongings. The packing and loading crew were excellent. I am real big on communication. The rep who did the estimate gave me a delivery date and followed up with me. The coordinator called me and the driver kept me updated as well. The crew came to my house on time. My items were packed with care and professionalism and the deliveried the same way. I was worried about the move. Allied treated me like I have been doing business for a long time and they helped me with the move. The driver and the owner are Kim and Dave Thorn. I want the driver and his wife to get high recognition and praise for doing a good job. Everything. The crew was very professional. I was very lucky to get the cream of the crop dr The friendliness, concern, and communication. We were impressed from start to finish. My spouse was impressed w/ the communication of the driver. I was upset with the person who came out and set up the appointment b/c it screwed up the dates and cost me and extra seven hundred dollars. B/c I only had one complaint. And that was paying an extra seven hundred dollars to come Any time I had a question I got an answer immediately. If the representative did not have an answer I got a call back.
