I really enjoyed working with Allied, they made sure that we felt very comfortable throughout the move. The service we received. It was a very easy move. I liked the way the driver stayed with the furniture. We didn't have to put anything into storage. The same crew that loaded the goods were the one that unloaded them. You can't beat that. The driver was excellent. He was a very good guy. His name was Dave McDonald and he did an excellent job. He took his time and got the truck in where it needed to be. I have used Allied Van Lines in the past time when I moved. I am supposed to be getting a rebate pretty soon. I haven't located the safe and the bronze of Louie Armstrong. The delivery team was on time,prompt,did what promised and care with loading and unloading. The driver unloaded and loaded my items with no problems, he was professional, and considerate of my needs. How prompt they were,I was expecting them in 2 weeks but instead they made it within 1 week I was very satisfied. The caring attitude of everybody in the whole chain. Everybody was concerned and careful. This was the best move I have had. Everyone was courteous, prompt, professional. The packers and unpackers were quick and nothing was broken. The people involved in the move were wonderful. The entire move was wonderful, but I haven't been billed for it yet. I tried to contact someoneat Allied, but no one has gotten back to me yet.
