They were very careful and fast. They just didn't move one box at a time. It was nonstop. They were careful with my items and cleaned up. Everything was great. The unloading process has not been completed yet. The salesperson that came out to the house and the driver were wonderful. I asked the driver if I could use him again, and he gave me his name. The driver and the service person were both great and professional. The packers in Baton Rouge were not careful with my items. They got me moved. Everything is where I wanted it to be. They took most of the boxes the day I moved. Everything is correct. Everything, from the rep to the driver and his crew they were great. This was my first time using Allied, but I have used Mayflower and you guys win, hands down. Allied had good commination and set things up the way I wanted. I was satisfied that my goods were delivered. I gave this rating based on the care and punctaulity of Allied. The driver and crew were courteous, friendly, and polite. Our furniture arrived quicker than we had thought. We were very happy with the people that helped us move. The driver and the representative were what influenced my rating. The representative, Pete, was extremely thorough, sat with us and got the assessment & always called me back when I called him. I was dissatis w/ the the 3rd party who were the appl connect Allied delivered as advertised. The delivery team did the job well. The delivery team was respectful, professional and on time.
