Beverly McQuag kept in constant contact with us. Joe Bowser the person that helped to coordinate the move was really good because he got the move done in spite of the holidays. There were a few pictures that were left on the truck that were shipped to me. I was pleased w/ the whole process from 1st contact to finish. I am a repeated cust of Allied Van Lines. When the Allied represenative came to my house and quoted a price it was in that range. I was very impressed with the Allied crew. The crew was couteous and very professional. The del tm's kindness, consideration, smooth transition and a good experience. The driver was so wonderful. The unloading crew Vincent, Richard and Donald went through great care in making the unloading process easy for me. It was a good experience overall. The crews were on time and the driver was able to del my items to my home, rather than going to storage as planned. The fact that the price was wonderful, communication was exceptional and the price was good. They were very carful with our belongings, didnt damage anything and did what they promised they would do. The estimator did exactly as I asked. I had special requests. Estimator called me and was very helpful. The packers and loaders were very nice. Throughout the whole process the delivery team was very professional and none of my items were broken. The driver was concerned overall that everything went well for us. I guess the driver.
