The prompt service, communication, unpacking of my furniture and placing it. The driver and assistant were very professional. The driver was fantastic and worked well w/ the inexperienced crew members. The driver was a teacherall the way. I think my coordinator was excellent. She followed up and she is a great representative for your company. The movers were just as excellent. Everything was really precise and the crew was careful. The ppl were nice and this was a good experience. It was like clock-work. The crew both packed and loaded including the driver were awesome. I cannot say enough good things about them. It was a pleasant experience. The Allied Movers were fantastic, especially unloading the truck in the heat of California. They also assembled my bed, when it was unassembled inthe move. I knew where my stuff was and when they would be delivered. Allied worked with me and everything was good. They had great speed during the process. The professionalism of the packers,loaders,driver were great and the care for my items. I would like andy to contact me about billing and I hope that my credit card is not charged without my knowing. One item was broken. Allied was professional. This was a good experience. Everything went well and only one item was broken. Everything that I expected happened. I was very happy with the overall move. None of my merchandise was hurt during the delivery. The del tmwas very courteous.
