The people that I came in contact with from the first lady who came and put everything into the computer to the people who packed, loaded and delivered. I am 100% satisfied. I used United Van Lines, earlier this year, they were not as professional. Allied was more careful and excellent customer service. I was very pleased with the driver, there was constant contact. The driver gave me the cell phone number. The move far exceed the expectations of what I expected.The team was punctual.The unloaders,loaders andthe driver were professional. I think it was excellent customer srvc. I had some problems with another company and Allied stepped in. The men were professional, courteous and considerate. Both ends, leaving and going everyone done well. Everybody was very professional, courteous and nice. All of the communication, them taking care of everything and nothing being broken influenced my rating. We have used the same company 3-4 times and Alliedprovide satisfactionevery time, Allied has always bent over backwards to provide satisfaction. They were just fantastic. They were here when they said they would be here. They put everything where I wanted. They were nice people. Everything, Allied stayed on schedule, kept me informed. The driver kept his word, if I ever move again I would try and locate this same driver. The salesperson was excellent, called me. Driver was absolutely excellent, called to say that they'd be 5 minutes late. Everything was terrific. Jack Russell, the salesperson was wonderful.
