Only one item was damaged. I have to fill out a form. The table was damaged. The packer and the person who unloaded and loaded were very nice and helpful. The crew who packed and drove was extremely careful and very considerate. There was higher storage charge to put the items in storage. I thought that was odd. The performance during loading and unloading, they complied with our requests, and did it carefully. I was extremely satisfied with the move. They put everything where we asked. The driver and crew was professional. I like the communication I receive from the driver about my move. The communications with the estimator. The knowledge of knowing how the pricing was done. Allied far exceeded our expectations. They were great people to work with and were very courteous. I thought that the delivery team were careful , efficient, and professional. The only problem I had were there were marks on the wall from thedelivery. I'm pleased with the overall process. The loading and the unloading crew handled the job very well. The driver and the coordinator of the move also did a very good job. This is my third time dealing with Allied. Everything was taken care of and on time. Each overall move with Allied has always been good.
