My rating was influenced by everybody being helpful. The delivery crew was friendly and compassionate. Everything was so great. This was the first time I've moved and the service was excellent. There was great communication all around. I had 4 estimates and Allied was not the lowest. Allied gave us huge boxes and made it so much moresimpler for me. Allied made the move more smoother for me. I was very well satisfied with Allied. The people that packed, are the sweetest people. The movers were just wonderful, Chuck, Mike and Dan went the extra mile. Brought it out a day sooner. The delivery teams kindness and they wer so careful with everything, from the Everything was done very professional and was verygood. Everybody from the drivers to people did the unloading and loading were very professional and courteous. The company and the crew did what they were supposed to do. They resolved any issues so that the move went well. The movers were nice and cooperative. Part of our items weren't on thetruck when unloading but was brought to us quickly. The items had been left in the warehouse. The driver/crew's attention to detail. They were very careful. They worked in a timely manner and did everthing as I expected. There was one things that wasn't explained. The people, the name Allied, the whole thing was just so professional and I was really impressed. If I hadto move today, I know who I'll call. We met as strangers and left as friends. I was satisfied overall. I thought the movers were great. It rained, but that wasn't the mover's fault. I do think that on rainy days there should be some type of covering stretched from the entry of the truck to the entry way of the home for protection.
