We were very extremely happy with the driver and how the driver dealtwith his crew. The driver was very good in communicating with us during the process. The rep that worked with us and the driver that coordinated the loading. Everything went very smoothly. The representative who came out showed respect, was nice, patient, very good, went beyond his business, was cordial, kind and showed concern to my aunt, which he didn't have to do. The guaranteed pricing that Allied uses and the quality of the loading and unloading team was very good. I gave this rating because the communication was good,the delivery team was careful and the estimator was terrific. The Allied personnel was polite, nice, courteous, had excellent communication with me, were very timely with their services, and were able to give me quick responses & answers to my questions. Allied was courteous, pleasant, packed, loaded, & my belongings were safe. I was very worried b/c I had heard some horror stories about moving. Overall friendliness and caring attitude of the two drives and crew. Both drivers and crew were helpful. The crew and driver were careful with my belonings. The driver was promt and made an a genuine effot to keep me informed throughout the move. From day one I was treated well and overall I was very satisfied. The driver was very good and accommodating.
