The moving crew were careful & accommodating. Packers, loaders & unloaders were excellent in handling my things. The professionalism, the willingness to communicate and the personality of the coordinator, estimator, the driver and crew. I went into very hesitantly b/c I had heard horror stories about Allied but I would recommend them & I would use Allied again. I was very pleased with the additional help that the drivers gave me. The drivers went above and beyond helping pack some things that I didn't have ready. I had a damaged piece of stained glass that my husband made which could have been my fault b/c I pac Allied was very courteous, helpful and I happened to know the people at the storage. I didn't have any problems and Allied had moved us before. We did not have any damage done during the move. The entire moving crew was very professional and careful. I could not ask for a better overall performance. My wife and I were very happy with the performance. The service was prompt and quick. The delivery team was polite and courteous and also did steady work. If I had to move again I would use the service again. The driver and crew was very hardworking, and very eager to put my mind at ease, but there was a little bit of damage that was done. I was satisfied with the contact person by the name of Sherry Saddler and the delivery person by the name of Mr. Lee.
