The legs on my sofa table was broken. The crew was courteous and helpful. I did not have any problems. The fact that the crews were very timley. There was good communication and they did what they said they were going to do. Overall everyone involved did a really good job. It was the same crew who packed, loaded and unloaded. The whole process went smoothly, the driver was very polite, careful and very thorugh in how they hendled things. Everything was on time.The crew was friendly and took their time with our items. We were very pleased with the service. THE REPRESENTATIVE WAS EXCELLENT THAT CAME OUT TO THE HOUSE,THE DRIVERWORKED THEY DID NOT MESS AROUND. Everything was handled well and I didn't have any issues. The crew picked up and dropped off the items early. No one ever told me how much my load weighed. If it was over the estimated amount the price would be fine, but if it were under I was supposed to be refunded. I used Allied four years ago, and everything was fine. We've used Allied Van Lines in the past and they were efficient, with no damages. Everything went smoothly. This is the third time I've used Allied and each time they were fantastic. Theywere very professional and responsible in the way things were handled.
