The driver, packers and movers were all clean, organized and cared about my items. This is the most pleasant move I've experienced so far. They arrived on time. They did an excellent job in packing my items. They had great respect for my old furniture. They were very careful in handling my very old furniture. The responsiveness of the reps to my needs. I had alot of expensive antiques and paintings; The reps were very careful. The crew came on time, loaded the truck and was very courteous. The loading process in Buffalo was good but the people helping the driver could have been faster. The crew and delivery driver was careful with the boxes. They both were very professional and did everything in a timely manner. The driver was incredible. The unloading process because he did such an excellent job. I had a small storage unit and he re-arranged everything so that it would fit. Thee entire move was very smooth and everyone was very accomodating. Iasked the driver to call me at work when the van arrived, which he did. My family has moved several times. Allied was very helpful and walked me through the steps. Allied as a company kept me informed and was great. The crew was fantastic.
