The driver kept me well informed and managed the move very well. The driver was very professional and courteous. He was prompt in making it an efficient move. I was very pleased. I just had nothing that went wrong. I had great communication with thedriver and everything went smoothly. The way that everyone acted most influenced my rating. Everyone was pleasant, did their jobs and were very courteous. I was very satisfied. The way the entire move was handled. My grandfather clock was packed so where there could be no damage. I rated a 10 b/c of Allied Van Lines professionalism and my overall satisfaction w/ Allied Van Lines. Out of all the different companies, everyone else wanted to give me a 1-800# to call if I had any questions. But Veronica, from the Canyon City office, gave me a # and told me to call her directly. I went into very hesitantly b/c I had heard horror stories about Allied but I would recommend them & I would use Allied again. The overall demeanor of the crew was good. When the items were picked up, the list that named all of the items in the box was not there. The only thing we noticed is the team did not have all the boxes upright. Afew of the boxes were loaded on their sides on the truck. The delivery team was prompt, courteous, efficient, calm, listened and didn't waste any time. The movers were punctual and professional. Everything made it to the home unbroken. The movers were quick and the entire process was a good experience.
