The driver picked up4 families, and they packed our boxes, and unloaded our boxes, the service was good. 0 The delivery team was nice and accurate as they unloaded and set up the right way. We were very satisfied. This team was awesome and the best we've ever had as far as deliveries go. The process of communication was great with the agent. The drivers were ontime. They were extremely kind and careful with items. Everyone was very nice and helpful at explaining how everything would work and the crew was on time for the loading and unloading. There was excellent service. The driver was extremely courteous & did a good job in moving the furniture into our house in Idaho. I felt that the representative that quoted me a price, was very accurate. The crew did a fantastic job, so I would recommend Allied. Everything just went really smooth, no glitches. Things were promised and the expectations delivered. I have moved quite a bit. This is the best move I have ever had. The driver was remarkable. The driver knows how to treat people. The only concern I had was some of the boxes were wet. Some of my bedding and clothes were delivered wet. I think that a lot of calls I received were from the driver and the driver kept me informed and was very nice and did everything that I asked.
