Everything went as well as I was told. A couple of events were even ahead of schedule which made things even easier. The packers did a great job and was very careful, but had too may boxes. Iam going to call someone to carry off the boxes. There should be a box recycling service. There was some overkill. My rating was influenced by the rep t I didn't have any broken items and the service overall was great. The driver was extremely excellent and I'm very satisfied with the driver. I had the best driver ever whose name was Oscar. Oscar stayed with me and my family for four days and the driver w Everything got here on time, nothing was damaged, the driver was professional and excellent and the reps that coordinated the move made everything easy and kept in touch with us. I have used Allied Van Lines in the past, and at that time I had good service. I will use Allied Van Lines again for my next move. The crew was very nice, really great and very conscientious. The driver was the best I've ever had move my things. How friendly everyone was. The driver and the crew in Chicago were friendly. I've had past experiences where the crew was sketchy and this was stress free. I really liked the system that was used, it was very professional. The packers were also good and professional. The driver was in constant communication. He was where he was supposed to be every time. He supervised the loaders and unloaders. I was impressed with the agents involved at all the different points. They were very careful with our belongings and they communicated with us. I appreciated that.
