The communication. I was informed about every aspect of the move. I was called back to make sure I was satisfied with the pickup, transportation and the coordination of the move. Renee made sure she answered all my questions and laid out all the informati They were very careful and tried to make the del date. They were very useful and good in every aspect. Everything went well and fine.It was a wonderful move. It happened like clock work. Only two items were damaged. I'm still waiting for someone to come & take care of the uncrating of the glass shelves. The crews & driver were wonderful people & did the best thatthey could for us. Allied was helpful and nice. I wish the driver could have had helped the one who delivered my things. Everyone did what they were supposed to do. We haven't finished unpacking, but I haven't seen any breakage or damage. It was two guys that completed the entire move. The guys were very nice and considerate. Also, the guys were well experienced. Allied was very professional, quick, careful, nice, and did a good job. The crew and staff was nice and friendly to me and my family. Everything was done well. The attention given to details as far as how the ppacking was supposedto be done. Crew also paid attention to things that were not mentioned. I wasoverall satisfied with services received. Moving is very stressful and Allied has made it less stressful w/ the dates of moving and packing. Allied did a very good job.
