The overall experience w/ the Allied in Hartford, Conn. Our belongingswere in storage and the Allied rep in Hartford kept in touch with daily reportson the progress and location of our property. 55 The whole original experience of when I started the process. The rep who came to the house and the person I spoke to on the phone got everything rolling. The price was fair and worth every penny. They were phenomenal. The way they treated us, they were careful, and made sure nothing was damaged. They were also nice and caring. Allied was timely in their response to questions. Allied was impressive in the way they handled things. The crew and driver were careful with my belonings. The driver was promt and made an a genuine effot to keep me informed throughout the move. I had an outstanding experience. The only thing is that I paid $3,000 in cash & I was told that I would be getting my balance refunded to me which is $140. I still don't have that. Allied did everything that I could expect and more. It was really good. I haven't been able to go through all the boxes but so far it has been good. Entire experience was very detailed. They accommodated me by having the same driver deliver and pick up. The movers were on time, careful and did everything that was said would be done. I was pleased with the move, I was satisfied. I have moved 10 times in the past 20 years. The driver and crew were very personable, conscience andI would use Allied again. I was dissatisfied w/ how some of my items were packed. Some of the boxes were packed w/ very little.
