The goods were del when promised the driver was very communitive on the road and the crew and estimator was thorough. The crew and driver that picked up and delivered were efficient, extremely courteous and did a very good job overall. The delivery personnel was very professional, courteous and business like. I didn't have any problems. Everything was so great. This was the first time I've moved and the service was excellent. There was great communication all around. I think they did everything I asked them to do.They did it in a timely manner and when they left, my place was in order. The efficiency of the crew and how well the crew did their job. The crew was very professional. I had no concerns. They did an exceptional job and I was not used to that level of service. I had a lot of theft and broken goods in past moves. However I did have small damage to some furniture, not major minor. Compared to previous experiences they were the best.They were helpful, good, tidy, cleaned up, and there was no problems. I was very satisfied with this move. I had no problems, except the driver wanted to unload the items way too early in the morning for me, but we eventually worked it out. From start to finish, everyone was very professional. With questions they were there to answer them. Everything, from start to finish wasvery good and they were on time.
