I always used Allied and my dad worked for them. I was charged an extra $60 to drop off items only 5 minutes from the house. That's ridiculous when you pay over $3000 for a move. The two individuals were professional and the delivery team was incredible and careful. Overall it was an excellent job. Everyone that I worked with was extremely, helpful, informative, liked what they were doing, things went very smoothly and easily, never had a move go thiswell before. The delivery team did everything that I asked, they were very cooperative and handled my things withcare. My family and I have moved over 20 times around the world. This is the smallest quantity moved and srvc was excellent. I expect larger shipments would be handled equally as well. I was very nervous about the move as far as handing my items over to someone I didn't know. But, I was very satisfied when all my goods arrived in one piece. Whenever I called I wasn't rushed. I wasn't rushed off the phone and the communication was good. The overall move was great the delivery team was great and everyone I dealt with was very professional. I was going to tip the crew that moved me. I was very impressed with the whole process. The salesperson came and estimated everything. She was very knowledgeable and gave me confidence. The ease of how the driver handled everything. The delivery crew handle all last minute changes without complaining, and had great customer service. Everything came on time, the delivery team was courteous, and everything was placed correctly. Everything went well.
