The customer service that I received was good. The agent took care of me in every aspect of the process, was pleasant and professional as well. The crew was very professional,courteous, quick and efficient. I couldtell they knew exactly what they were doing. The estimator was very respectful as well as the driver and the crew.I felt quite comfortable with their presence in my house. They responded effectively to my questions. I was happy with everything Allied did, they were very careful moving my items. I have used Allied in the past to move items and so has my sister. I had a good experience.Mike was our driver and he was excellent, Carolyn was our estimater and I was very satisfied with her everything turned out how she said it. The overall move was done well. There were no broken items and things were put where I wanted them. My things were picked up and delivered when Allied said they would be. The crew was cool, nice, and friendly. My motorcycle mirror was broke, we were told that we would be reimbursed for it. The company took my bicycle tire off, they must not have put it on good, because I fell off yesterday. The move was done in 2 stages. Everyone especially Christine Williams who was in charged of the whole move was extremely professional, including the drivers. Everything arrived in excellent condition. The crew that came to my house was courteous, on time, helpful and concerned that everything was satisfactory. I was pleased.
