20050927 The crew was the smoothest, there were only two guys who did everything and they were excellent. I want to write a personal letter and let someone know how good they were. The overall move experience was good, but not complete because I am still waiting for the for the refund for the second load process because I did notuse it. I thought the delivery crew exceeded my expectations. The delivery crew did everything just as I expected. I rated a 10 b/c the del tm did good work, they were on time and they worked hard. The driver and crew was exceptional and they worded very hard. The crew had to really hump to carry my items to my home; b/c I asked for them to use a small truck/they didn There was no problem. Excellent service was provided. The coordinator and the scheduling were both excellent too. Everybody was very nice and it was a nice experience. I have a few friends that I have already recommended Allied to. All the people I dealt with was very courteous. I did have some damage. The backs of two chairs were broken off. I have used Allied Van Lines before and I would have liked to been informed of the things that couldn't be moved. Everybody was courteous, professional and did a good job. We were nervous because this was our first move, but everything went smoothly. They were very courteous, careful with our things and our house. I would use them again. This was the first move we have ever had in 52 years of marriage.
