The overall move process went very smoothly. The overall move was perfect. There was no damage and the packing was great. The personable service from the driver and crew was fantastic. The rep from the local company Pickens and Kane was very attentive, it was good customer service. The crew was very attentive and very accessible for questions. They made themselves available, The crew was great and had been doing this for a long time. I trusted the sales person and the driver was great. How the delivery team worked with me, packers were very thoughtful in the packing, and the packers were very flexible. People were professional, had a possitive attitude and the price was reasonable. I had good communication with the representative and driver. They made me feel very comfortable with the move. The timing and they did everything right. The only thing I wasn't happy with was that they couldn't bring the truck back to my house. I've done many moves, and I've used Allied before. I just think Allieddoes a better job. The agent I dealt with in particular was fabulous. I was very satisfied with the move. We did not lose anything and that was our greatest concern. Allied gave me an estimate of the total turn-around time of the move and it was what I expected. The whole process was outstanding. Joe, the driver, was the best and the crew was very careful with my things. The communication and timeliness. Everything that was promised was delivered. The great driver. He was courteous and nice. All my items arrived in perfect shape. Nothing was broken.
