How prompt the packers, loaders, and delivery ppl were. The crew told me they would deliver on Monday, but they delivered on Sunday. We're not happy with that. I was very happy with the move. There was less hassle, work ethics very good. The time and care was perfect. The crew was good from start to finish.They helped me get everything coordinated, packed everything and they were on time. The crew came on time and was very pleasant. Allied called to tell me when my goods would arrive. Allied did everything that I was told would be done. The professionalism of the driver as well as the loading and delivery crews. Also the professionalism of the salesperson. Both crews were very careful with our items. The crews were on time and quick. This move was much better than our last one. The way Mr. Pickwick talked to me and took care of me. Also, the way the delivery crew took care of me and was very kind. I dealt more with the delivery crew and they were fast, polite, professional and had all the papers I needed to sign. The communication between myself and the office was great. The driver was very punctual and kept us informed. The communication of the driver was awesome. The whole process was just smooth, overall it was a very good move. All the people I delt with were just wonderful.
