We had another moving company prior. We were very dissatisfied. Allied worked hard and did what they were supposed to do quickly. We had a great experience by comparison. The crew was concerned about me, as a person, because I am partially handicapped. I was very, very, satisfied. The people from the company was very efficient and good in handling everything.I am expecting a refund from Allied and want a call back regarding this matter. Working with Sherry was tremendous.The drivers were great with packingmoving and unloading.We were very pleased with Allied. My rating was influenced because the overall went smooth. I was well informed about everything, and the driver was awesome and did a great job. Thedriver called and talked to me about delivery. The fact that the rep, who did the estimate, called me once I arrived at my new residence strongly influenced my rating. The driver; the workers were great but the driver was exceptional. We've used Allied Van Lines before. Allied Van lines is a great company and I am very pleased with our driver Mike Follis. I would like to congratulate him on doing an excellent job. I liked the way the move was handled. The crew was very professional and amusing. The driver was a lady who was very kind and courteous. I've unpacked everything and nothing was broken or damaged. Everything went well. Norm Ihne, the sales person was understanding. I couldn't have asked for more assistance from the driver. They were nice.
