Allied still owes me money from my first move. I would like someone to contactme about this matter. I used Allied twice for my move. I have moved 12 times in the last 18 years. I can say this is the best move from start to finish that I have ever had. There overall ability to move us influenced my rating. They delivered as promised and did a great job. Everything went smoothly. I had an item that was crated, and I was not told about the extra fee. I was disappointed because I didn't think it was fair for the driver to collect it, I want to make sure he gets paid. Everything and everybody was on time. The crew delivered two days earlier. I didn't have to worry about anything. The service was excellent. Everyone from the agent that came out to the people that loaded and unloaded my goods was very professional. I'm very impressed with the service. Everything got here on time, nothing was damaged, the driver was professional and excellent and the reps that coordinated the move made everything easy and kept in touch with us. There was one particular piece of art that was very delicate. The crew was so good they never scratched a wall or damaged anything. Everything was in tact. The crew was punctual, courteous, accommodating and friendly. The crewtried to make my move as smooth as possible. The delivery was ahead of time and very efficient. The crew took greatcare with my things, and were careful with how I had things marked. The crew followed directions well.
