Everything was perfect. The crew was on time, verycourteous, placed myitems in its appropriate places,delivered my items damage free. The individual that came to pack my house and load it. The rep made us feel comfortable and explainedthe process to us because we had never did this before. The rep was very professional. My rating was influenced by the concern of the person in Florida, withwhom I met. The driver called to let me know the arrival time. The process of communication was great with the agent. The drivers were ontime. They were extremely kind and careful with items. We ahve always had good luck with Allied. We have always had a good experience. This has to be our 3rd or 4th move. Jeff and the driver had great personalities, very helpful, and went above and beyond. The team was also very careful. The movers was efficient. I enjoyed working with the movers. The movers were nice and thorough. Nothing was broken. I have nothing to complain about. I appreciated the fact that the delivery team delivered the full load to my home,instead of not delivering everything at once. The service was very good, everybody was great. I even got money returned to me. Most companies wouldn't have done that and I appreciated it. Their concern for my goods. The way my wife and I were treated. The care that was taken for my items during the packing, loading and unloading. They were very efficient.
