I'm satisfied with the communication and the service that I received. The move was very professional and I appreciate that. The professionalism to beginning to end, and their knwldg. I will use them again and reccomend them, it was a very good experience. The Allied rep who came to our home and the promptarrival of the driver. I was even pleased with the cost. The price wasn't as much as I thoughtit would be. I have used Allied Van Lines in the past, I really liked the service that I received on my last move. I had a very specific request and I was unable to meet the driver so I had a friend meet him. It was just a seamless process and it was stress free. The efficiency and friendliness of the whole crew.They did a really good job and followed through with the request of my wife and myself. Just the fact that every one was very pleasant. Also the 2 women on the packing crew were outstanding. The loaders & unloaders ,it was the same crew, were outstanding as well. The communication was good, nothing was broken, the crew was friendly and everyone along the way expressed an interest. While unpacking they just dumped our items on the floor, nothing was broken. The overall performance influenced my rating; Allied kept Allied's word; when Allied said Allied was going to do something, Allied did it. It was an overall good experience. There was a minor damage to a few items but it is okay. I believe that it can be fixed.
