The driver was very cooperative. The driver went above and beyond what a driver is supposed to do. The driver helped unload my items. I was extremely pleased w/all phases of the move. The driver and the sales rep were very courteous. Everyone at the Pennsylvania facility was nice and courteous. I was very happy. The way Allied handled the work. They followed up with me. The loading crew kept us entertained and time flew with them. The communication from everyone involved, including the rep, driver, & person in the office. Allied helped me out b/c I was doing the move by myself. Actually, the way the crew reacted to our items. Crew was very professional and delivery date was when Allied said it would be. Overall, the couple driving the truck were a class act. I had the utmost confidence in them and I was impressed. Every aspect of the move. The estimate was right on. The driver & crew worked well together. We didn't have any problems. This is how customer service should be. It was a good experience.
