The fact that the delivery team called me on a Sunday to get directions to let me know when the piano would be delivered. I really liked their good customer service. I also liked the company that was used to pick up my items. The coordinator was very good, and her willingness to work to with mewas great. Communication and caring was very good. The whole move process. Allied was very professional and very helpful. Everything arrived exactly as packed. We've had three cross-country moves before this one and everything was perfect. They even had enough crew members to help. They were really nice people. I had an outstanding experience. The only thing is that I paid $3,000 in cash & I was told that I would be getting my balance refunded to me which is $140. I still don't have that. They were careful loading and wonderful during the packing. I am finding a few of my items are broken, if it turns out to be something major I will be letting Allied know. The estimator that came to my home was very professional and we were very impressed with his presentation. The driver was personable and extremely friendly. The crews that worked on the loading and unloading process, were friendly also. The professionalism and courtesy that the driver and crew shown was proof enough. Also, I used to work for Allied when I was young and knew what toexpect from the company.
